In Montaione in the Tuscan Chianti countryside, we propose Typical Podere composed of two buildings divided into 10 independent apartments surrounded by a 1.5 Ha olive grove and a large park where there is a large and modern swimming pool. The Podere has a typical stone facade and is located on the top of a small hill from which it overlooks the valley covered with sangiovese vines. The location is extremely convenient as we are halfway between Florence and Siena.

The farmhouse has ancient origins and are still well present in the structure of what was once the villa as well as in the adjacent barn. The living stone facade, the external stairs in some places, the small windows, are all elements that clearly identify the era of this farmhouse.
The main villa has been divided into 10 apartments each with 1 or 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and an outdoor area to spend quiet moments in the summer evenings. The old rural building that still retains the typical features of buildings in the Tuscan countryside, with its stone facade, is used as reception. All around 3 hectares of land of which the part close to the buildings organized as a lawn that also accommodates the swimming pool, while the remaining part of the land is cultivated with olive trees. In a reserved but easily accessible area is the part of the land equipped for parking.

The large park surrounding the farmhouses also houses the important swimming pool equipped on an area of over 120 square meters with a regular shape with a part dedicated to adults and another dedicated to children, in the midst of water games to cheer the moments spent outdoors. The solarium around the pool has been equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas arranged on the lawn for guests' greater comfort. From the park, the view is cheered by the countryside that with the olive trees to color it green gives peace and tranquility.

Both the villa and the barn have been perfectly restored in typical Tuscan style, preserving and using the original materials wherever possible, while when modern materials were used, those most akin to the style of the house were carefully chosen. Internally, the apartments reflect modern standards for total comfort.
