On the magical hills of Reggello, reachable by a dirt road and easily walkable, we find an important Podere that covers 7 Ha. The property consists of two housing units for a total of 13 beds. The interiors are cleverly distributed the apartments are both on two levels and composed of living room with open kitchen, 2/3 bedrooms, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view and 6 bathrooms. The outdoor part has a park enriched by a swimming pool from which you overlook the entire valley, the surrounding land is enriched by an Olive grove that can produce up to 15 q.li of an excellent oil, just because of the quality of the land and the arrangement of olive trees that give 5 different types of fruits creating a unique product. The possibility of forest trails by Mountain Bike, makes this property, even more interesting also for the naturalistic aspect. The location is exceptionally quiet but very strategic you can reach, within an hour's drive, Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

The Reggellese territory has been inhabited since ancient times. The earliest written records date back to the 10th and 11th centuries. Initially called Castelvecchio di Cascia, Reggello was founded as a market place between the Casentino road and the Cassia vetus (now called the Setteponti road). It was not until 1773, thanks to a legislative measure by Grand Duke Leopold, that the community of Reggello was born.
At the plebiscite of 1860 for the annexation of Tuscany to Sardinia, the "ayes" did not obtain a majority of the eligible voters (971 out of a total of 2899), with a record abstentionism, a symptom of opposition to the annexation.
After September 8, 1943, the various households of the Calò Jewish family (a dozen people in all, from Arezzo, Livorno and Rome) had gathered in their country villa in Cascia di Reggello. When the arrest order arrived on March 11, 1944, the carabinieri marshal warned them in advance so that they would flee.
